I highly recommend Brady. As some of you may know, he lives in our Pinestone community. He has an office on Main Street, but he can also dial into your computer and even better he makes house calls.

Brady originally set up my new ASUS computer 5 or 6 years ago, along with my printer and scanner (house call). Over the years, if I had a minor issue, I would drop by his office but prefer when he comes to my house. I had a number of issues with my aging ASUS computer over the past couple of weeks and I was so frustrated. After thoroughly examining my computer, Brady just left and everything is working perfectly. He also is a wealth of knowledge of software and security related issues. I highly recommend Brady for all computer, scanner or printer related issues. My computer is getting to the end of its life and Brady recommended the computer that would best fit my needs when i need a new one. I will be calling him to set it up when the time arrives.

Brady is great!! A friend recommended him to me, and he met all of my expectations. My ethernet-wired home wasn't connecting to my devices. He narrowed down the problem to a switch which I was able to order online and install myself, thanks to the great instructions Brady left for me to follow. He also helped educate me on using my new touchscreen laptop while he was here. Hope you will give him a try...you won't be disappointed!!!

Well, I messed my same desktop up again this month. Ms. Wendy saved it again! She even installed a new SSD. My PC is now blazing fast, all my files are saved. (Thank goodess!) She's amazing, kind, helpful, and responsive. Won't go anywhere else!

We are visiting the area and our laptop went down! It was devastating, as it is the lifeline to our financial management and our families during our travels. I got online and googled a repairman. "Call Brady" had so many great reviews, I had to give him a try. I called the office and his assistant was so friendly and said to bring it on in. His assistant (I failed to get her name) was so very helpful!! Within 10 minutes I walked out with a 100% working laptop! So thankful for her experience and the explanation of what happened and how to remedy it if need be in the future!!

In preparing to switch to Windows 10, I found that a lifetime of my document and spreadsheet files were showing signs of not being stable on my pc. I had the Dell technicians (by remote viewing) to access the problem.....and they informed me that my files were corrupted and could NOT be saved. This is not what you want to hear! I spent days copy/pasting files to produce a print out of the most important file data. AND then my luck changed....I found Brady Gilbert who came to my home and within a few minutes he completely corrected the file problem and saved a lifetime of work. The data was transferred over to the new system without a hitch. Brady's work is priceless to me and I cannot recommend him highly enough...…..knowledgeable, professional and (in my estimation) a miracle worker! I am very thankful for Brady's work on my behalf and recommend him without reservation.

Brady has been such a blessing for our office after we realized that our system was really not set up the way it should've been. He is responsive, and does everything he can to get to us as soon as he can. We usually don't have to wait long. His billing is prompt and the invoices are easy to understand (which is not always the case with IT services) so that I can track our expenses properly. He explains things to us "IT illiterates" in terms we can relate to, and even explains ways that we can "fix" things on our own, or at least help to diagnose issues. We are so very happy to have found him!

Brady is an excellent IT resource and technician and an honest and respectful businessman. He always explains the steps he is taking or recommending at my level of expertise.
